Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Marketinlab provides creative services including video editing, UGC content production, motion graphics, thumbnail design, ad creatives, and related digital marketing services.

All service details, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon before work begins, either through a written proposal, invoice, or onboarding form.

Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all necessary assets, references, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by late asset delivery may affect agreed timelines.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content, footage, or materials you provide do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement or invoice. Work begins only after the agreed deposit or full payment is received.

Late payments may result in a pause or termination of services. Outstanding balances must be cleared before final deliverables are released.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the final deliverables for the agreed purpose. Marketinlab retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a separate confidentiality agreement is in place.

All raw project files, templates, and proprietary assets used during production remain the property of Marketinlab.

Revisions

Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Revisions beyond this limit may be billed at an hourly or per-revision rate as agreed in your package.

Limitation of Liability

Marketinlab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the Refund Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
