Refund Policy

We want every client to feel confident working with Marketinlab. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued and how to request one.

General Policy

At Marketinlab, we are committed to delivering high-quality creative work. We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis and aim to resolve all issues fairly.

Deposits

All deposits paid to initiate a project are non-refundable. The deposit covers time spent on project scoping, onboarding, and initial production work.

Work in Progress

If you choose to cancel a project after work has begun but before completion, you will be charged for the work completed up to the cancellation date. Any amount paid in excess of this will be refunded.

The billable amount for partial work will be calculated based on the percentage of the project completed, as assessed by Marketinlab.

Completed Deliverables

Once final deliverables have been approved and delivered, no refund will be issued. Approval may be explicit (written confirmation) or implied (use of the delivered files).

Quality Issues

If you believe the work does not meet the agreed brief, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your feedback and offer revisions as per your package, or a partial refund if the issue cannot be resolved.

Refunds will not be issued for subjective dissatisfaction if the work meets the agreed creative brief and revision rounds have been exhausted.

Subscription & Retainer Plans

Monthly retainer plans can be cancelled with 15 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. Cancellations made after the billing cycle has started will not be refunded for that month.

Unused deliverables within a billing cycle do not carry over and are not eligible for a refund.

To request a refund or dispute a charge, email us at contact@marketinlab.com with your project details and reason for the request. We will respond within 3 business days.
